How to send a payment reminder to attendees

If an attendee starts a paid registration but doesn't finish by paying online, then they'll have a registration status of registration pending payment. Event Smart will automatically send an email about this so they can pay to complete their registration.

If they've missed this email or something else came up, then you can manually send out another reminder. And if there is an open spot remaining, then Event Smart will allow them to pay and update their registration status to registration approved.
1) Log in to your Event Smart dashboard
2) Look to the left of your screen and click on Transactions
3) Search for the attendee's name through the search field in the top right of your screen
4) Look to the right of your screen for the Actions column. The envelope icon will be for the payment reminder email.
5) Click the envelope icon and a reminder will be sent out to the attendee
