Change Your Website Subdomain Address

When you create an event website, you are allowed to choose the address to your event website. Each event website is assigned a subdomain address, e.g.: example.eventsmart.com. 

Please contact us, if you have created an event website with a given subdomain and would like to change it. This is a manual process and must be done carefully.

Please Note:

• Changing your subdomain address will change the links throughout your website.
• If you have created static links in your website to your domain, then they will need to be updated.
• If you want to change the subdomain address, we recommend doing it before accepting registrations, or at least not while you have active events.
