Deactivate Message Types
If you have access to the Customizable Confirmation Emails or Customizable Tickets and Confirmation Emails, plus Check-in Tracking features, you can deactivate individual messages types with just a drag and drop.
Note: This will deactivate this type of message for all your events. If you only want to disable a individual message type for one specific event, use the Custom Messages feature to turn on/of each message type per event.
To turn off a message type across all your events, go to: Messages > Settings and then drag and drop any individual messages to the Inactive Messages Types box.
