Recurring Events Manager
The Recurring Events Manager from Event Smart is a powerful feature to automate your event management. You can programmatically create events and tickets in the future. Set those events and tickets to start selling and selling and set capacities and limits in the future.
An active subscription to the Recurring Event Manager feature or the a subscription to the Business Plan is required.
Accessing the Recurring Events Manager Requires the NEW Editor
New accounts created on Event Smart are automatically configured to use the NEW advanced event editor. If your event website is set to use the OLD event editor, you can switch. To switch to the new editor, navigate to Events > Default Settings > Activate Advanced Editor. Select Advanced Editor and click "save".
Be sure to click the "Save" button to save your changes.
Create a New Datetime
In the Event Editor, you can add a recurring series of events by clicking the Add New Datetime button.
You will then be presented with two options for creating a new event, a single datetime or recurring dates.
From there you will be presented with the option to create recurring dates and tickets in various schedules.
